Hey y’all! I am here today with a very ambitious Contemporaryathon TBR. The Contemporaryathon is a readathon that takes place from Spetember 23 (today!) – September 29th. There are seven challenges that I hope to complete. As of now I have selected a book for each challenge, but a lot of my books on my TBR can work for multiple challenges. Here is my TBR:

Read a 2019 release – Daisy Jones and the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid

Read a contemporary with yellow on the cover – The Bride Test by Helen Hoang

Read a diverse contemporary – A Girl Like That by Tanaz Bhathena

Read a contemporary with an illustrated cover – Well Met by Jen DeLuca

Read a dark/hard hitting contemporary – Darius the Great is Not Okay by Adib Khorram

Read a contemporary with plants on the cover – Honor Girl by Maggie Thrash

Read a contemporary beloved by a member of the book community – Fix Her Up by Tessa Bailey
This is my very ambitious TBR. I am in the middle of a couple of non-contemporaries that I have to complete this week for book club and for review. We will see what I am able to get through this week. I have very minimal plans this weekend and audiobooks for pretty much all of them.
What are you reading for Contemporaryathon? Let’s chat in the comments.
